Felt very blah today plus a migraine tonight

Noah is coughing a bunch and has had breathing treatments today
Then coughed so hard he puked on me tonight
Oh what fun!
Now that I have refigured my points I didn't go over yesterday and only over by 1 today
Made soft tacos tonight for dinner
As I was making them I was thinking about all the measuring I do now compared to before
Read labels and measure your servings!
It makes a huge difference!
